At Chasing Tails, we house the dogs in our own home.  The maximum number of dogs is limited to 8 including my own 2 dogs. This ensures all dogs receive personalized attention according to their individual needs, in a safe, comfortable environment for every furry guest.

Yes, all dogs participating in our services must be up-to-date on their yearly vaccinations including  kennel cough. Proof of vaccination is required for all dogs.

Absolutely!  But, we encourage you not to bring your dog's favourite toys, as they can be damaged.  We do provide our own toys.  Do bring their favourite blanket as familiar items can help ease any anxiety and make them feel more at home. 

We maintain a structured schedule with regular playtime, walks and rest periods. We recognize signs of stress or discomfort and will adjust the schedule as needed to ensure your dog's well-being.

We always hold "get-to-know-you" sessions before your dog's first stay, in which we carefully assess each dog's temperament and energy levels to create compatible playgroups. We supervise all interactions to prevent conflicts and ensure a positive social experience for everyone.

In the rare event of an emergency, we have established protocols to ensure your dog receives prompt medical attention. We will immediately contact you and transport your dog to the nearest veterinary clinic for treatment.
